• If you are not invited to interview, your application is deleted within 14 days of the vacancy closing date.
• If you are interviewed but not selected, your application is deleted within 28 days of the interview.
• If you separately choose the talent pool, your application may be kept for 12 months from submission. You can withdraw that consent by contacting the owner.
• If you are appointed, your application is linked to your staff folder and the staff-record retention arrangements apply. Ask the owner for the staff privacy notice.

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, object where applicable, and withdraw optional consent. Contact the owner with requests. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. No automated employment decision is made by this form.
