Booking & cancellation
Bookings open six weeks before holiday club. If you book more than seven days before a session, you have seven days after confirmation to cancel free. If you book within seven days of a session, you have 24 hours to cancel free. Either window ends when that session starts, if sooner. Each booked day shows its own exact deadline.
Card bookings are confirmed after successful payment. Choosing Add to my next invoice confirms available places at the agreed price, payable on your next invoice. The cancellation window starts when the booking is confirmed.
