Add Jumping Jacks to your iPhone
- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen (it may be under More).
- If shown, leave Open as Web App switched on, then tap Add.
- Open the Jumping Jacks icon, sign in and return to Notifications.
You need iOS 16.4 or later.
Notification settings & help
Enable alerts separately on each device. Choose “Allow” when asked. Focus or Do Not Disturb may silence alerts.
Enabled but not seeing alerts?
iPhone: open Settings → Notifications → Jumping Jacks Admin (or Jumping Jacks). Allow Notifications and turn on Lock Screen, Banners and Sounds. Check Focus / Do Not Disturb and Scheduled Summary. Open the app from its Home Screen icon.
Mac: in Safari → Settings → Websites → Notifications, allow Jumping Jacks. In System Settings → Notifications, allow the website or Jumping Jacks app and choose an alert style. Check Focus.
If you changed phones, reinstalled the app or alerts stopped, use Reconnect alerts on this device. Then use Send me a test notification and check your Lock Screen or desktop.
