Extra sessions & goodwill swaps
Add a session for invoicing or as goodwill, or swap one existing booking. Availability is checked before saving. Permanent booking patterns continue as usual.
Ad hoc swap requests arrive in parent messages. Check the same child, same session and school term, then confirm space, staffing and transport. No swap fee applies. Agree any price difference with the parent before saving, and send the approval back through messages.
