Parents find these messages in Messages & updates → Care updates, with the handover time. A phone notification can also appear if they have enabled notifications.
These updates stay in the app. They do not send an email, text or WhatsApp message.
The child’s name is added automatically. Edit the words that follow it, then save that message. Changes apply to future handovers; earlier messages keep their original wording.
