Fortnightly arrangements

Set an agreed Week A or Week B booking for a family. Parents see their booked dates; they cannot choose this arrangement themselves.

Week A begins Monday 12 October 2026. Weeks keep alternating through school holidays. Only open term-time dates become sessions.

Choose a child

Choose the AM and PM days for this child. Unticked bookings keep their current arrangement.

Use the effective date agreed with the parent. Charges before that date stay unchanged; reducing bookings normally requires four weeks’ paid notice.
