Review each family’s charges before preparing their invoice in Xero.
Use a Xero-ready CSV on Xero’s import screen. The family totals and invoice lines downloads below are review files. Imported invoices stay as drafts for you to check before sending.
Draft for your reviewNo invoice is created or sent. This calculates permanent sessions on open term-time days, including agreed sessions within four weeks’ cancellation notice, using current prices and the automatic sibling discount. Jumping Jacks closure dates are not charged and do not extend the notice period. Bookings added to the next invoice are included in their assigned invoice month, even when attendance falls in a different month. Card-paid sessions are not billed again. Cancelled attendance does not reduce the charge.
